Authorized Chair to sign State Dept of Aging grant award for funding
the Area Agency on Aging during the FY 1982-83
Corrected action taken June 29 in adopting fee schedule for Post
Conviction Drivers Program to show fee effective July 1 as $855 rather
than $845 as reflected in prior order
Acknowledged receipt of letter from County Administrator indicating
that the county is legally unable to comply with the request of the Mayor
of the City of Concord, that consolidation of mun elections information
be included in the Nov 1982 general election material to be mailed by
the County Registrar of Voters and requested County Administrator to
notify the City of Concord
As the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County
of Contra Costa, acknowledged receipt of memorandum from Executive
Director of the Housing Authority, forwarding a copy of the Section 8
Aftercare budget for FY 1982-83, and adopted Res 3379 approving Memo-
randum of Understanding with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and
Joiners of America for its Represented Maintenance Unit
