AB 799 which will result in mayor restructuring of the delivery
of Medi-Cal benefits on January 1, 1983, and that counties have

March 30 to April 5, 1982, has been denied by the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, that the request for Small Business
Administration (SBA) disaster loan program has been forwarded to
the SBA, and that, as soon as a determination is made, the
