The Board of Supervisors of the County of Cantr<=' Costa, does
resolve as fol ows:
THAT he Board of Supervisors authorized acq�iisit;j.on of
certain real properties for highway purposes described in the
deed from Utah Construction Company, recorded. January 30; 1958,
in Book 111 of Official Records at page 502, and
THAT this Board does hereby determine that portions of
said property will not be .required for highway purposes. and.
THAT, pursuant to Section 960.4 of the Streets and Highways
Code, it is hereby determined that a portion should be sold
and. this T3oar. d. does hereby authorize and approve the sale of the
?property described in J Yhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
Part hereof, to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, for the sum
of' Five Hi-ind.red Dollars ($1500) , and
THAT the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized and
directed to execute <a deed for and on behalf of the County of
Contra Costa, and rause the sane to be delivered. to the grantees .
Pa-if:ic Gas and. Electric Company, upon payment of the said -Five
Ti nd e,d Dollars ($500) .

Portions of Lot 11, as designated on the map entitled "Map
of Sectionization of a part of Rancho Laguna de los Palos Colorados,
Contra Costa County, California" , which map was filed in the office
of the recorder of the County of Contra. Costa, State of California,
on August 8, 1916 in Volume 15 of Maps, at page 308, described as
follows:

Beginning at a 1 inch iron pipe set in the westerly boundary
line of the 0.913 acre parcel of land described in the deed from
Utah Construction Company and Preston Management Company to Contra,
Costa County dated October 22, 1956 and recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of said County of Contra Costa in Book 3111 of
Official Records at page 5020 from which the southwest corner of
said 0.913 acre parcel of land bears south 2" 391 46" east 49.00
feet distant and running thence north 2° 391 .6" west, along the
westerly boundary line of said 0.913 acre parcel of land, X0.00
feet to a 1 inch iron pipe; thence south 7 jil 36" east 65.00
feet to a 1 inch iron pipe; thence south 10° t 14" west 30.00
feet to a 1 inch iron pipe; thence south 86° 42; 14" west 5.00
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; containing 0.054
acre and being a portion of Lot 11, as said Lot 11 is shown upon
the trap of the Sectionization of a part of Rancho Laguna de los
Palos Colorados, Contra Costa County, California, filed for record
intheoffice of said County Recorder in Boom 15 of Maps at page
308.

A right of way for pipe lines and other appurtenances within
the strip of land described as follows:
Beginning at the 1 inch iron pipe marking the northwest corner
of said 0.054 acre parcel of land and running thence south 74D 331
36t1 east, along the northerly boundary line of said 0.04 acre par-
cel of land, 65.00 feet to the 1 inch iron pipe marking the north-
east corner of said 0.054 acre parcel of land; thence north 104 281
1W' east 6.20 feet to a point in the northerly boundary line of said
0.913 acre parcel of land; thence westerly along the northerly
boundary line of said 0.913 acre parcel of land on a curve to the
eight with a radius of 1462.69 feet, through a central angle of
2" 361 19" and tangent at the easterly terminus thereof to a line
which has a bearing of north 75° 541 3" gest, an are distance of
66.51 feet to the northwest corner of said 0.913 acre parcel of
land; thence south 2° 39t 46" east, along the westerly boundary line
of said 0.913 acre parcel of land, 6.57 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
