L c , IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that the boundaries of pre-
cincts Walnut Creek 1 - 38, inclusive, and Walnut Creek 171 - 136,
inclusive election precincts of Contra Costa County, as hereinafter
named, be And the same are hereby established and fixed as herein-
after set forth and designated and described as follows , to grit:
