The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra
{Costa does resolve as follows:
T11AT there has been filed, on the 11th of December,
1961, with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the Count;
of Contra Costa, a petition for the withdrawal of the herein--
after described real property from the territory of the Eastern
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District; and
TiU,�T the hearing on said petition will be heard befo,.,e
the Board of Supervisors, in the chambers of said Board, Hall
of Records, Main and Court Streets, Ma.tinez, Contra Costa
County, California, on Tuesday, the 9th of January, 1962, at
10:00 o' clock a.m., or as soon thereaf ter as the :natter may be
Heard; said time of hearing; being not less than ten (10) days
n.o more than. thirty (30) days a3 ter receipt of said petition;
and.

notice of said hearing to .be given by publishing; a cop, of this

Real .property in the County of Contra Costa, State of California., described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of State Highway No. 21,
leading from Danville to Dublin, with the Line dividing Alameda and Contra Costa
Counties; running thence Northerly along the center line of said State Highway
No. 21 to its intersection with the southwestern extension of the southeastern
line of the 22.50 acre parcel of land described in the deed. from Dominic Maita,
et al, to Nicholas Maita, et ux, recorded December 22, 1943, in Volume 762 of
Official Records, page 225, Recorderts Office of Contra Costa County, California;
thence Northeasterly along the said extension to the most southerly corner of
the said 22.50 acre Maita parcel (762 OR 225); thence continuing Northeasterly
and Northwesterly along the southeastern and northeastern lines of said 22.50
acre Maita parcel., to the most northerly corner thereof, being a point on the
northwesterly line of the parcel of land described as "PARCEL ONE"; conveyed
by deed from Dominic Mita, et al., to Mesita Bros., a partnership, dated March
10 1949, recorded March 9, 1949, in Book 1360 of Official Records of Contra
Costa. County, page 242 (Series No. 8247); thence along the last named line
Northeasterly to the northeastern line of said "PARCEL EINE"; thence Northwest-
erly along the northeastern line of the parcel of land conveyed by Contra Costa
County Title Company to Lawrence Zaharis and Effie Zaharis by deed dated March
17, 1953, recorded April 2, 1953, Recorder's Series No. 16310, in the Office
of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, and along the northeastern line
of the parcel of land conveyed by Alverner T. Andreasen, et ux, to Harry L.
Crosby, by deed dated May 4, 1959, recorded December 4, 1959, under Recorder's
Series No. 75229, in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County,
and along the direct extension thereof, to the southeastern line of the parcel
of land described as "PARCEL TWO" in the deed by Travis Boone to Doris Dozier,
dated February 21, 1955, recorded March 9, 1955, under Recorder's Series No.
15025, in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, thence
along the last named line Southwesterly to said center line of said State
Highway No. 21; thence along the last named line Northerly to the northwestern
line of the parcel of land described as "PkRCEL ONE" in the deed by Yaria Braga
to Pacific Gas and Electric Company dated July 2, 1958, recorded July 11, 1958,
under Recorder's Series No. 35649, in the Office of the County Recorder of
Contra Costa County; thence along the last named line Northeasterly to the
southwestern line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Company; thence
along the last named line Northwesterly to the northwestern line of the land
described and designated "PARCEL THREE", in the Decree Terminating Joint
Tenancy dated June 6, 1957, and recorded in Book 2995 of Official Records of
Contra Costa County, California, on page 208; thence Southwesterly along said
line to said center line of said State Highway No. 21; thence along the last
named line Northerly to the southeastern line of Lot 4�*A, as shown on the
"Partition Map of the Estate of Minerva J. Harlan" etc., filed October 27, 1933,
in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County; thence along the
last named line Northeasterly to the northeastern line of said Lost 4-A thence
along the last named line Northwesterly to the northwestern line of said Lot
4-A; thence along the last named line Southwesterly to said center line of said
State Highway No. 21; thence Northwesterly along the center lire of said State

Highway No. 21, to the northwestern line of Lot 1-A0 as shown on said Tap;
thence Northeasterly along the last named line and along the northwestern line
of the tract of land conveyed by 0. G. Green, et al, to A. J. Geldermann and
Carmen Stolp Geldermann by deed bated July 29, 1957, recorded August 30, 1957,
In Book 3037 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, gage 101, (Recorder's
Series No. 48893), to the northeastern line of said land conveyed to Geldermann;
thence Southeasterly along the last named line and southeasterly along the
northeastern line of "PARCEL ONE" as described in the deed from Claude L.
Glass, et ux, to A. W. Henry, recorded August 12, 1936, in Book 425 of Official
Records, page 13, to the southeastern line of said land conveyed to A. W. Henry;
thence along the last named line Southwesterly to the northeast line of the
parcel of land described as "PARCEL OPJE" in the dead from Prank L. Glans, et
ux, to A. W. Henry, recorded August 12, 1936 in Book 425 of Official Records,
page 14; thence Southeasterly along the last named line and along the south-
western line of the parcel of land conveyed by Travis Boone to Pacific Gas and
Electric Company by deed dated August 11, 1958, recorded August 15, 1958, in
Book 3211 of said Official Records, page 565, under Recorder's Series No. 43419,
to the northwestern line of the parcel of land described as "PARCEL TWO" in the
deed by Travis Boone to Doris Dozier, dated February 21, 1955, recorded Larch
9, 1955, pier Recorder's Series No. 15028, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Contra Costa County; thence Northeasterly along the last named line and a-
long the northwesterly and northerly line of the 287.35 acre parcel of land
described in the deed by American Trust Company, trustee to The Volk-McLain
Company, dated March 15, 1960, recorded, April 11, 1960 in. Book 3595 of said
Official Records, page 382, to the center line of Dougherty Road; thence a-
