NO.— k, A 3 — qL#1 W PW The Board of Supepviscns of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as follows: THAT on the 14th day of December, 1961, there was filed with this Board a resolution of consent adopted by a majority vote of the members of the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill authorizing the annexation of the hopeinafte� described territory located within the City of Pleasant Hill to CounQ,- Service Apea LIB-5, and TEAT the 23rd day of january, 1962, at 10 o 'clock a .m. in the chambers of the Ward of Supervisors, !--,'all ,:,f i>,. in and Count Streets, Martinez, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing on the proposed annexation, at which time the testimony of all interested persons or taxpayers fo2 or against annexation will be heard as to the annexation of the following described territory to County Service Area LIB- - f the furnishing of library facilities and services therein. Ad PLEASANT HILL INCORPORATION ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA LIB-5 That portion of the City of Pleasant Hill which formerly was a part of County Service Area LIB-5 (Plea.sant Hill Library District ), described as :follows : Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Golf Club Road (40 feet in width) with the center line of Grayson Creek; thence Southerly along the center line of Grayson Creek to the south line of Taylor Boulevard, thence Westerly and Southerly along the southern and eastern lines of Taylor Boulevard to the northeastern line of Brookwood Acres filed April 22, 1913 in Map Book 9, page 217; thence Southeasterly along the northeastern line of Brookwood Acres to the southwest corner of Sherwood Heights filed October 8, 1946 in Map Book 31, page 13; thence Easterly along the southern line of Sherwood Heights to the northeast corner of the parcel of land described in the deed from Claribel R. Bell to Robert E.
