In the Matter of Changes
of the Assessment Roll RESOLUTION NO. 4 7 5
of Contra Costa County.
WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board
requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having
been consented to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CountyAuditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments
For the Fiscal Year 196 1 - 196 2
In Volume 36, Code 1791 ., Parcel 142-170-06, Stevenson, &
Associates are assessed with .36 acre parcel in Rancho San Miguel
with land erroneously assessed at $1330. A. computation error was
made in arriving at the assessed value. The correct value is MO.
In volume 47, Code 10007, Parcel 184-160-01, Albert
Baron.ian et al, are assessed with 10.00 acres in Rancho San Ranson,
assessed value of Land $4810. On January 4. 1961 the County Flood
Control aequired an easement on 3.95 acres leaving a total usable
area of 6.05 acres. The assessed value of land is $3900.
In Volume 42, .Assessment #742040, F. S. and Lovina Miller
are assessed with Lots 1 and 2 Block , Town of Port Costa with
improvementserroneously assessed at 090. There were no improve-
ments on this property on lien date and should be cancelled.
In Volume 26, Cade 6630, Parcel 201-23o-o6, W. A. and.
Verna Kloos are assessed with .50 acre parcel in Rancho San Ramon
with improvements erroneously assessed at $6570. These improvements
were incomplete on lien date but through an error the Full assessed
value was entered on the Assessment Moll. The correct value of
improvements is $6050.
In Volume 21, Assessment #150624-2, Drum Reath Inc. , is
erroneously assessed with portions of lots 22 and 23 Blom 10,
Richmond Annex, assessed value of land $440. ThIsc assessment in
double with Parcel 508-131 -10 and should be eancelled.

In accordance with Section 531 of the Revenue Laws of
California the following assessment should be added to the Roll:

Assessed value of land $1880, improvements $5130.
(The parcel number on existing #266-040-04 should be
changed to #266-240-04. )
