NO. 431 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as fellows: THAT on the 26th day of September, 1951 , the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa passed a resolution of intention to abandon the hereinafter described County road and THAT said resolution fixed Tuesday, the 31st day of October, 1961 , at ten o'clock a.m. in the chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Hall of Records, Martinez, California, as the time and place for the hearing of said resolution and ordered said resolution to be published and posted, as required by law, and THAT affidavits on file herein show that said notice of time and place of hearing was published and posted as provided by law, and THAT said hearing was held on the 31st day of October, 1961 , at the time and place appointed, and THAT the Board at said time and place heard evidence offered concerning the abandonment and duly considered the same, and continued said matter to the 14th of November, 1961, and THAT the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does hereby find that the hereinafter described County road dedicated to public use, is actually unnecessary for present or prospective use, and THAT the hereinafter described County road is hereby abandoned, Description: .�c, �/10-Y A11 of San Joaquin Avenue lying between Byron Highway and Washington Street, as shown on the "Amended map of Town of Byron, Epstein Addition", filed August 22, ` 1916 in Book 15 at Page 3103. RESOLUTION NO. 431 PASSEL AND ADOPTED by the following vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors -- James P. Kenny, 'Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. .Linscheid, Joseph S. Silva. NOES: Supervisors - Nene.
