Service Area LIB-2 (El RESOLUTION! NO.

WHEREAS, the Board. of Retirement has reported that the
total investment of retirement funds in the El Sobrante Branch
Library Building is $94,014.21 as of November 1, 1961, and that
the rental amount as recalculated under the terms of the Lease
agreement i $1,328 .80 per month;
NOW, THEREFORE, and on motion of Supervisor Coll, sec-
onded by Supervisor Linscheid, IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that
the County Auditor is directed to draw his warrant gamble to
the County Retirement S stem in the amount of $1, 328 0 each
month for a period of 84 months, commencing November 1, 1961,
such rental amounts to be charged to the fund of County Service
Area LIB-2 (E1 Sobra.nte) .
MASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1961, by
the following vote of the Beard:
AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, Mea, F. Nielsen,
Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. Linscheid,
Joseph S. Silva.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None .
