WHEREAS, the Sanitary Board of Sian Pablo Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California, on the 12th day of September, 1961, adopted a Resolution of Intention to Adopt Resolution of Intention under the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, which said proposed Resolution of Intention provides for the acquisition and construction of certain public improvements and the acquisition of capacity in the sewage disposal facilities of San Pablo Sanitary District, a portion of which work to be acquired and constructed Lies within the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, and a portion of which work to be acquired and con- structed lies within the City of Richmond, County of Contra Costa, State of California; and W�REA ,, the Sanitary Board of San Pablo Sanitary District, on September 12, 1961, by Resolution No. 9-12-61, requested the consent of this Board of Supervisors to the creation of said assess- ment district and the construction and acquisition of improvements be- clause the scope of the work to be done and the acquisitions to be made and the assessments to be levied include certain property which is within the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R:ESCLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa that the public interest and convenience require the acquisition and construction of improvements described in said proposed Resolution of Intention, and that all of the lands included within the proposed assessment district described and referred to in said proposed Resolution of Intention will be benefited by said proposed construction and acquisition of improvements; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa hereby gives consent to the formation of said assessment district described in said proposed Resolution of Intention and described and referred to in said resolution of Intention as "Assessment District No. 29 of San Pablo Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California", and does hereby consent to the acquisition and construction of the improvements therein described and referred to, the assessing of property, and to the assumption of jurisdiction by the Sanitary Board of San Pablo Sanitary District for all purposes in connection with the formation of said assessment district, and the acquisition and construction of improvements and the assessing of property within the unincorporated area of the County of Centra Costa which is included therein. The County Clerk of the County of Contra Costa is hereby directed to certify a copy of this Resolution and- forward, the same to the Sanitary Board of San Pablo Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California.
