Portion of Taylor Boulevard, County Read 3552. RESOLUTION NO. 2 7r (Formerly known as Sanko Road The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as follows: THATa ortion of that certain County road, known as Taylor Boulevard TCounty Road No. 3552), lying west of the inter- section of State Highway 21 as shown can the map of Gregory Gardens Unit No. 5, County of Contra Costa, has been superseded by the construction of Taylor Boulevard (County Road No. 3552), and THAT said relocation will not out off access to the property of. any person, which prior to such relocation adjoined the highway, and THAT it appears proper that said portion of relocated road be summarily abandoned as provided in Section 960.1 of the Streets and: Highways Code, and. THAT Robert E. Brewster and June A. Brewster, his wife, have offered to accept the County's interest in said abandoned portion as partial consideration for damages and exchange for property required by the County for construction of Taylor Boulevard, and THAT it is to the mutual advantage of the County of Contra Costa and said grantors, being the adjacent property owners, that said abandonment be affected, and THAT all that portion of said County highway, superseded by relocation, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 938 as shown on the map of Gregory Gardens, Unit No. 5, filed June 23, 1950, in Book 40 of Daps, at page 42, in the office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, thence from said point of commencement along the north line of said Lot 938 south 82a 30' 52" west 12.50 feet (the bearing South 829 301 52''west being taken for the purpose of this description) to the true point of beginning; thence from said true paint of beginning south 82° 30f 52" west along the north line of said Lot 938, 67.50 feet to a tangent curve to the RESOLUTION NO. left with a radius of 20 feet; thence alongg the arc of said curve through a central angle of 89° 49 ' 11" a distance of 31.35 feet to a point on the east line of Shirley Drive as shown on the aforementioned Map;thence along said easterly line north 7° 18' 19" west 25.84 feet to a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 10.00 feet; thence along said curve through an angle of 82° 42' 17" an are distance of 14.43 feet; thence tangent to said curve, north ?5° 23' 58" east 38.85 feet to a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 40.00 feet; thence along said curve through an angle of 68° 37' 08" an are distance of 47.91 feet to the aforementioned north line of Lot 938 and the point of be- .,.:. ginning, Y� ... Containing an area of 1531 square feet, more or less. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the County of Contra Costa, its successors or assigns, any and all rights of ingress to or egress from the land herein conveyed, over and across the line thereof that abuts upon any public road or highway. be and the sage is hereby ABANDONED, and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa. THAT this Board does. hereby deed to Robert E. Brewster and June A. Brewster, his wife, the superseded segment of County road .herein described and does authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute said Deed for and on behalf of the County of Contra Costa, and directs the Clerk of the Board to cause the same to be delivered and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, State of California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, Mel F. Nielsen, Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. Linsche d, Joseph S. Silva. NOES: Supervisors - None.
