The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as follows: THAT on the 15th day of August, 1961, this Board duly passed and adopted a resolution, calling for the election on the question of whether or not the City of Pleasant Hill shall be incorporated., and setting said election for November 7, 1961, and making the findings and determinations prescribed by law; and THAT the form of ballot to be used in the election shall be as follows: OFFICIAL BALLOT SPECIAL ELECTION INCORPORATION OF CITY OF PLEASANT HILL County of Contra Costa, State of California - - Tuesday, November7, 1961 ------------------------- INSTRUCTIONS TOVOTERS: To vote for a candidate of your selection, stamp a cross (X) in the voting square next to the right of the name of such candidate. dere two or more candidates for the same office are to be elected, stamp a cross (X) after the names of all the candidates for that office for whom you desire to vote, not to exceed, however, the number of candidates who are to be elected.
