I AA RESOLUTION Na,- , WHEREAS, this was the time fixed for consideration of the County budget for the fiscal year sanding June 34, 1962; and WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was given for the time and in the manner required by law; and NOW, THEREFORE, the Board proceeds with the hearing and the County Administrator presents a list of proposed additions to the preliminary budget said list having been filed with the Clerk pursuant to Section 29691 of the Government Code; and IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that the proposed additions presented by the Administrator are referred to the Financial Com- mittee (Supervisors Coll and Denny) ; and Mr. Harry L. Morrison, Jr. of the Taxpayerst Association comments on the proposed budget; and Mr. Lyman Stoddard, representing the Sunrise Optimist Club,and Mr. Lyle Osman, President of the Juvenile Halluxiliarq , urge the Board to include in the budget, funds for construction of Increments 2 and 3 to the Boys' Rehabilitation Center at Byron; and Mr. Harry L. Morrison Jr. of the Taxpayers' Association reports that the Health and Welfare Committee and the Association have made a study of the program at the Boys? Center but have not come to a resolution with reference to same ; and Mr. John A. Davis, County Probation Officer, discusses the need for additions to the Boyst Rehabilitation Center; and THIS BOARD RESOLVES to add to the list of items to be considered in addition to the preliminary budget, the matter of proposed construction of Increment 3 to the Boyst Rehabilitation Center, and the matter of signs in the Delta Waterways; and RE&C-LUTION .NQ. 2 4 4 IT IS BY THIS BOARD FURTHER RESOLVED that the hearing on the budget for 1961-1962 be and the same is hereby CLOSED, the decision on the addition to the budget to be made at a later date. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 1961, by the following vote of the Board; AYES: Supervisors Mel F. Nielsen, Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. Linscheid, Joseph S.
