Nielsen, IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that the following gifts

In the platter of Improvements to ]RESOLUTION NO.
be made in Contra Costa. County
Assessment District, 1959-3. RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADVANCE-
IMENT OF INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FROM
COUNTY CONTRIBUTION
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County does
resolve as follows
^IHi , by its Resolution of Intention dated November
24, 19:-9, as amended by its Resolution dated February 16, 1960,
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa provided
for an amount of X150,000.00 as the contribution of said County
toward Improvements to be made in .Contra Costa County Assessment
District 1959-3; and
WH°}' `F S, in Resolution No. 224, dated August 1, 1961,
the Board. of Supervisors of said County ordered the work to be
done in said Assessment District, and provided that the successful
bidder for the doing of said work will be required to advance all
incidental expenses incurred up to the time of entering into the
contract.
NUAT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all incidental
expensas shall, be advanced out of the contribution of said County,
and the contribution of said County toward the work of improvement
shall be accordingly reduced.
THAT notwithstandin ; anything to the contrary in said
Resolution No. 224, the successful bidder to do the work in
Assessment District 1959-3 will not be required to advance
incidental expenses incurred to the date of the signing of the
contract.
