Diablo Boulevard No. 187 ad scent to Lot 19, Sunset Village u v `s o Lafayette. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as follows : THAT the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, pursuant to the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code, declares its intention to abandon the hereinafter des- cribed County Road in the County of Contra. Costa., State of California: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 19 as said lot is shown on the subdivision map entitled "Sunset Village Unit No. 1" recorded August 16, 1946 in Book 30 of Maps at page 24, Contra Costa County, California: Thence from said paint of beginning westerly along the are of a curve to the right with a radius of 2,11+0.00 feet the canter of which bears North 27°05'O5" 'fest an are distance of 80,59 feet to a point og reverse curve; thence along said reverse curve with a radius of 20,00 feet, through an angle of 88°31113" an are distance of 30,90 feet to a point of cusp; thence North 23°25r west 60.02 feet; thence northerly and easterly along a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet through an angle of 88°231 39", an are distance of 30,88 feet to a point of reverse curve, thence easterly along said reverse curve with a radius of 2,050,00 feet, through an angle of 2"15112" an are distance of 80.62 feet; thence South 23°25' East 60.12 feet to the point of beginning. THAT this matter be referred to the Planning Commis- cion for report prior to the date herein set for hearing. THAT the Board does hereby fix Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 1961 , at ten o'clock a.m. in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Hall of Records, Main and Court Streets, Martinez, California;, as the time and place fixed for hearing, at which time or on the date to which the hearing is postponed or continued, the Board of Supervisors will hear evidence offered by any party interested. If the Board finds from all the evidence submitted that all, or any part of the. hereinbefore mentioned County load is unnecessary for present RESOLUTION No. 187 or prospective public use, the Board will make its order of abandonment. The County Clerk is directed to cause notice of said proposed abandonment to be published in the LAFAYRM SUN, a newspaper of general circulation published in the .County of Contra Costa, which this Beard designates as the newspaper most likely to give notice to persons interested in said pro- posed abandonment, for at least two weeks prior to the day herein fixed for hearing, and it is further directed to be caused to be posted conspicuously copies of this resolution along the Line of the County Road proposed to be abandoned.
