In the Matter of Vacating an
unused Path adjacent to Lots
28, 29, 30 and 31-A, Block Q RESOLUTION NO.1 f1l 7
of Lake Orinda Highlands,
Contra Costa County.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra
Costa does resolve as follows:
THAT the hereinafter described path was dedicated
on the map of Lake Orinda Highlands, filed in 1926, and has
not been in use since that time nor for the last five years
next preceding this vacation, and
THAT the path is unnecessary for. present or pros-
pective public use, and
THAT the path to be vacated pursuant to this reso-
lution is described as follows:
"All of the 10-foot Path extending from Alta
Vista Road to El Toyonal and located along the
boundaries of Lots 28, 29, 30 and 31-A, Block Q,
as shown on the map of Lake Orinda Highlands, Unit
No. 1, filed November 15, 1925 in Book 20 of Maps
at Page 528, et seq. , in the office of the County
Recorder of Contra Costa County. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board
orders the hereinabove described path vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of May, 1961, by
the following vote of the Board:
AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, Mel F. Nielsen,
Edmund A. Linscheid, Joseph S. Silva.
NOES: Done.
ABSENT: Supervisor Thomas John Coll.
