The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra
Costa does resolve as follows :
TILALT by Resolution dated the 21st day of March,
1961, the Board set the 18th day of April, 1961, at 10:00
o' clock a.m. in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors,
Hall of Records, Main and Court Streets, Martinez, California.,
as the time and place Lor the hearing on the proposed abandon-
-f,ient, of a portion of Vacuaros Avenue in Rodeo as was described.
in that 'Resolution; and
THAT the hearing set for the 18th of April, 1961,
was continued until the 25th oiil' April, Igo-1, at 10:00 o' clock

a i. in order to provide e for a hearing before the Plannin,
Cor=ission prior to said Board hearing; and
T14AT on the 25th of April, 1961, at the time and
place set for hearing the matter of the proposed abandonment

of a portion of Vaqueros Avenue was heard and it was recommended
by the Public Works Director and the Planning Commission that
tine said portion of Vaqueros Avenue in Rodeo not be abandoned;
and
THAT IT IS �REBY ORDERED by this Board that that
poj.--tion of Vaqueros Avenue in Rodeo, County of Contra Costa,
as des--vibed in the Resolution of Intention to Abandon, dated
21st ofMarl-.h, 1961, shall not be abandoned and that these
ploceedin,crs are hereby terminated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1961, by
