In the Matter of the Election for the Proposed Incorporation -RE'StJ'1:UTIM Ift of the City of "The Town of 6 2 Alamo." The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa does resolve as follows : THAT on the 18th day of April, 1961, this Board duly passed and adapted a resolution calling for the election on the question of whether or not the Town of Alamo shall be incorpo- rated, and setting said election for July 11, 1961., and making the findings and determinations prescribed by law; and THAT the form of ballot to be used in the election shall be as follows: OFFICIAL BALLOT SPECIAL ELECTION INCORPORATION OF CITY OF TOWN OF ALAMO County of Contra Costa, State of California Tuesday,�July will 1961 INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: To vote for a, candidate of your selection, stamp a cross (X) in the voting square next to the right of the name of such candidate,. Where two or more candidates for the same office are to be elected, stamp a cross (X) after the names of all the candidates for that office for whom you desire to vote, not to exceed, however, the number of candidates who are to be elected.. To vote for a person not on the ballot, write the name of such person under the title of the office in the blank space left for that purpose. To vote "For Incorporation" or "Against Incorporation, " stamp a cross (X) in the voting square next to the right of the answer you desire to give. All marks except the cross (X) are forbidden. All distinguishing marks or erasures are forbidden and make the ballot void. Peays, 115 Camille Court, Alamo CLERK: Lucille Nickerson, 225 Wayne Avenue, Alamo THAT the County Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice aC election as specified in Election Code Sec- tion 9750, by publication one (1) time not earlier than seventy- five Jon, 75) days nor later than fifty-four (54) days before said elect and by publishing lists of candidates as specified in Election Code Section 97.54 once a week for two (2) successive weeks, and to publish the List of election officers as specified in Election Code Section 9754.1 not later than twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for election, all publications to be made in the "VALLEY PIONEER." The foregoing resolution was made on the motion of Supervisor. Nielsen, seconded by Supervisor Kenny, and adopted by the following vote of the Board: AXES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, Mel F.
