In the batter of Altering the boundaries of the Stege Sanitary District Contra Costa County, California, RESOLUTION NO. 51 RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, that WHEREAS proceedings have been had and taken by the Sanitary Board oto the Stege Sanitary Districtppursuant to the pro- visions of Article III, Chapter 9, Part 1 of Division 6 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, pursuant to which it has described the boundaries of certain contiguous territory and requested of this Board that it be annexed to said district; and WHEREAS, the territory proposed to be annexed is not within any other sanitary district and it appears and this Board finds, that it is for the best interests of said eistrict and the contiguous territory hereinafter described that said territory be so annexed to said district; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the boundaries of the Stege Sanitary District be, and they are hereby, altered by annexing thereto the herein- after described territory, which territory is hereby annexed to said district, and the boundaries of which territory so annexed are situate in the County of Contra Costa, State of California., and, are described as follows, to wit; Portion of Bay View Park, filed April 4, 1905 in Map Book D. , page 86; described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 78, Block 21, Bay View Park; thence Northerly along the west line of said Lot 7 to the northwest corner of said Lot 78; thence in a direct line to the southwest corner of Lot 8 Block 22, said Bay View Park; thence Northerly along the west line of said Lot 8 to the southeast corner of Lot 50, said Block 22; thence Westerly along the south lines of Lots 50 and 49, respectively, said Block 2 , to the southwest corner of said Lot 49; thence Northerly along the west line of said Lot 49 to the northwest corner of said Lot 49; thence in a direct line to the southwest corner of Lot 10, Black 23, said Bay View Park; thence Northerly along the west line of said Lot 10 to the northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence Easterly along the south line of Lots 49 to 57 inclusive, respectively, said Block 23, to the southeast corner of said Lot 57; thence Northerly along the east line of said Lot 57 RESOLUTION N0. 51 to the northeast corner of said Lot 57; thence in a direct line to the southeast corner of Lot 2 Block 24, said Bay View Park; thence Northerly along the east line of said Lot 2 to the north east corner of said Lot 2; thence Westerly along the north line of Lots 2 to 29 inclusive, respectively, said Block 24 to the northwest corner of said Lot 29; thence Northwesterly in a direct line to the northeast corner of Lot 10 Block 26, said Bay View Park; thence Westerly along the north line of Lot 10 to the east line of Lot 100, said Block 26; thence Southerly along the east line of said Lot 100 to the southeast corner of said Lot 100 thence Westerly along the south line of Lots 100 to 63 inclusive,. respectively, said Block 26, to the east line of Lot 52; thence Southerly along the east line of said Lot 52, to the southeast corner of said Lot 52; thence Southeasterly to the northeast corner of Block 32, Amended Map of Alta Punta Tract; thence South- erly along the east line of said Block 32 to the southeast corner of said Block 32; thence Southwesterly in a direct line to the northwest corner of Block 28, said. Bay View Parks said corner being a point on the northeast line of Carlson Boulevard (formerly Railroad Avenue) as shown on the said map of Bay View Parkthence Southeasterly along the northeast line of said Carlson Bouievard to the south boundary line of said Bay View Park; thence North- easterly Easterly, and Southerly along, the boundary of said Bay View Park, to an intersection with the north boundary of the Richmond annex; thence Northeasterly along the southerly boundary of Bay View Park to the point of beginning. Containing 33.75 acres more or less. 2. That the County Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of this Board be, and he is hereby, directed to file with the County Assessor of Contra Costa County and the State Board of Equalization statements of the annexation thereof, setting forth the legal description of the boundaries of said territory, together with a map or plat indicating the boundaries thereof, pursuant to Section 5 .902 of the Government Code of the State of California. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1961, by the following vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. Linscheid, Joseph S. Silva. NOES: None, ABSENT: Supervisor Mel F. Nielsen.
