RESOLUTION OF ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY
TO CENTRAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as ex-officio the
Gw erning Board of the Central County Fire Protection District
RESOLVES THAT:
On Tuesday, April ( , 190 , pursuant to Resolution 2821, this
Board held a hearing on the proposed annexation of the territory
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor-
porated herein, to the Central County Fire Protection District .
Notice of said hearing was duly given in the manner required by
law and this Board at said hearing heard and accepted the testimony
and written objections of all interested persons wishing to be
heard or to object.
This Board hereby approves the annexation of the territory
herein described to the Central County Fire Protection District,
provided however that fire nrotection services in the annexed
territory shall be furnished by Central Fire Protection District
for the remainder of the fiscal year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on April 7, 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors - James P. Kenny, Mel F. Nielsen,
Thomas John Coll, Joseph S. Silva, Edmund A.

WITHDRAWAL FROM DANVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
ANNEXATION TO CENTRAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
Portion of Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15 all in Township 1 South, Range
2 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the said Section 10, said point
also being the northwest corner of the Alamo School District; thence South-
erly along the western line of the said Section 10 to the southwest line
of the parcel of land described as Parcel One in the deed from Estand, Inc.,
to Esther J. Dollar, at al, recorded June 23, 1960 in Volume 3646 of Official
Records, page 231; thence Southeasterly along the southwesterly line of the
said Dollar parcel to the south line of said Section 10, Township 1 South,
Range 2 West; thence Easterly along the said south line to the most westerly
corner of the 25 acre parcel of land described as Parcel Two in the deed
from East Bay Municipal Utility District to William McAnulty, recorded
October 11, 1929 in Volume 197 of Official Records, at page 223; thence
South 52° 50' East along the southwest line of said 25 acre parcel 2113.2
feet to the west line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 14 in said Town-
ship 1 South, Range 2 West; thence Southerly along said west line to the
west quarter corner of the said Section 14; thence East along east-west
midsection line of Section 14 to the center of Section 14; thence North
along the north-south midsection line of Sections 14 and 11 to the inter-
section thereof with the most southerly corner of the 1.05 acre parcel of
land described as Parcel 3 in the deed from John 0. Matthias to Leonard
H. Ford, at al, recorded October 19, 1951, Recorders File No. 50057; thence
Northwesterly along the southwest line of the said Parcel 3 to the north-
west corner thereof, being on the line between Sections 2 and 11, Township
1 South, Range 2 West, being a point on the northerly line of the said Alamo
School District; thence West along the north line of the said Section 11
