(District RC-05-18 IT BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that permission is granted to All Nations Church to fully close York Street,except for emergency traffic,on October 29,2005 for the period of 9:00 am'` through 5:00 pm,subject to the following:conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via neighboring street. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices including the California Supplement. 3. All Nations Church shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa.County. 4.' Provide the County with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$1,000,000.00 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which'names the County as an additional insured prior to permit issuance. 5. Obtain approval for the closure from the Sheriffs Department, the California Highway Patrol,the Fire'District, and the City of Richmond's Police and Fire Departments.
