(District III) The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The finalmap of Subdivision 04-08923,property located in the San Ramon(Dougherty Valley) area, Supervisorial District III, said map having been certified by the proper officials) H. Background Information The intent of this map is for large lot delineation and to act as a financing mechanism for conveyance. Windermere BLC Land Company,L.L.C.has requested that this final map be filed in order to meet the financial obligations set forth by their partnership agreement. The proposed final map subdivides the existing 2 lots into 13 lots. County staff has determined that creation of these lots can be completed at this time with various conditions of approval satisfied. The majority of the parcels created by this reap are for future'subdivisions that will be seeking' final 'map recordation shortly upon conditions of approval compliance. Windemere BLC Land Company, L.L.C. will maintain ownership of roadway infrastructure parcels until the recordation of individual subdivisions when they will be dedicated to the County.
