THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 13, 2005, by at least a four-fifths vote as follows: AYES: Gioia,Piepho,DeSaulnier,Glover and Uilkema NOES: bone ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None (Gov. Code 25365) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2005/ .67,,T approving a Notice of Intention to convey real property to the City of Brentwood in connection with the Lone Tree Widening Project. [CIP ProjectNo. 336-3127—City of Brentwood] Portions of Assessor's Parcel No. 019-070-007 Brentwood area. District 111. Project No. 7558-6138333 The Board of Supervisors, as Governing Body of Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: The Board previously approved the City of Brentwood Mitigated Negative Declaration (CI P Project No. 336 .3127--City of Brentwood)in connection with the Lone Tree Widening Project on July 27 2004, in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) These activities have been found to conform to the General Plan of the City of Brentwood. This Board intends to convey to the City of Brentwood, District-owned real property'described in the attached Notice of Intention to Convey(teal Property for$49,500.00 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement to be on file in the Public Warks Department. This property is not required for District use and the sale price is the market value of said property. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the Notice of Intention published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for the Board meeting in the Contra Costa Times, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
