IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT In the Matter of Directing Publication of Notice of Intention to Purchase Real Property on Walnut Avenue, RESOLUTION NO. 71/811 Walnut Creek Area, from Roland I. Davies, et ux. „ for the Contra Costa County Fire } (Gov. Cade Sec. 25350) Protection District (W.O. #5470) . � The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District RESOLVES THAT: It intends to buy the real property described in Exhibit tiAir attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, from Roland 1 . Davies, et ux. , for the Centra Costa County Fire Protection District' s Walnut Avenue Station Site for the sum ,of Fourteen-Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00) which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. The Board will meet on Tuesday, December 21, 1971, at 10;40 a.m. in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase, and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish the following notice in the CONTRA COSTA TIMES pursuant to Government Code Sections 6063 and 25350. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to purchase from Roland I. Davies, et ux. , at a price of $14,500.00, the 0.95 acre parcel of land being all of that land described as Assessor' s Parcel Number 142-131-001, in Contra Costa County, and will meet at 10:40 a.m. on December 21, 1971 to consummate the purchase.
