IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Changes of the Assessment Roll RESOLUTION NO. 71/809 of Contra Costa County WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests tor correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented to by the 14"riat Atb"neyrCounty Counsel; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized to correct the following assessments: For the Fiscal Year 19SU- 1967..E It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from papers In the assessor's office that was intended and what should have been assessed,* and, therefore, pursuant to Revenue and Taxa- tion Code 48310 the following defects in description and/or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should be corrected: On Board Resolution No, 71/593, dated September 7x 1971,v action should be rescinded on Item number 5* Page 5 of 8, erroneously enrolling escaped assessment under assessment number 73005/9001 inasmuch as tax code area number 73005 had previously been changed to 7302. 2* The as'taped assessment is being enrolled under the correct assessment number* R* 0.
