BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Grant Deeds are accepted from the following: Northgate, a limited partnership, dated October 8, 1971 , conveying: the "Development Rights" within parcels A, B and C of Subdivision 4127; Griffith C. Evans and. Isabel. John Evans, dated August ba, 1971, conveying a 30-foot-wide strip of :?.and for read widening purposes along Northgate Road.
