BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no warranty period required, and the Surety (Performance)Bond is EXONERATED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the private improvements have been COMPLETED and the improvements (pedestrian bridge and interior subdivision pedestrian pathways) are NOT ACCEPTED NOR DECLARED as County improvements at this time.
