HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01312003 - 99-422 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 17, 1999 by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS GIOIA, UILKEMA, GERBER, DESAULNIER AND CANCIAMILLA NOES: none ABSENT: none ABSTAIN: none SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution amending the effective Resolution No. 99l 422 date of personnel actions in P300's#16909, 18175, 18215, and 17887. THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in its capacity as governing Board of the County of Contra Costa and all districts of which it its ex-officio governing Board RESOLVES THAT: 1. On February 23, 1999 the Board of Supervisors approved P300 #16909 (Attachment 1) which reallocated three Clerk-Senior Level positions to Account Clerk-Advanced Level and - one Clerk-Specialist Level position to Secretary-Advanced Level in the Social Service Department with an effective date of February 1, 1999. Per agreement with Local 2700, the effective date of the reallocation of the three Clerk- Senior Level positions to Account Clerk-Advanced Level is hereby amended to December 1, 1998. The effective date of the reallocation of the Clerk-Specialist Level position to Secretary- Advanced Level remains unchanged (February 1, 1999). 2. On May 25, 1999 the Board of Supervisors approved P300 #18175 (Attachment 2) which reclassified positions, reallocated salaries of certain classes, retitled classes, and abandoned classes in the General Services Department. The effective date of that P300 was May 26, 1999. The effective date of P300 #18175 is hereby amended to May 1, 1999. 3. On July 20, 1999, the Board of Supervisors approved P300 #18215 which reclassified Senior Emergency Planning Coordinator position #54-03104 to Departmental Community and Media Relations Coordinator (Attachment 3). The effective date of that P300 was June 1, 1999. Since the class of Departmental Community and Media Relations Coordinator was not established until July 1, 1999, the effective date of P300 #18215 is hereby amended to July 1, 1999. 4. On June 22, 1999, the Board of Supervisors approved P300 #17887 (Attachment 4) which reclassified Patient Financial Services Specialist position #54-00032 (Jeanette Lopez) to Senior Patient Financial Services Specialist. The effective date of that action was June 1, 1999. After a meeting with AFSCME Local 2700, it was agreed to amend the effective date of P300#17887 to February 1, 1999. Orig.
