The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: L Map The Final Map of Subdivision 7595, property located in the Byron area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. Subdivision Agreement A subdivision agreement with George D. Speer, Sr., Teresa Speer and Laurin M. Windus (1989) Trust, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said subdivision agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $1,500.00 Deposit made by: Dan Speer& Teresa Speer and Laurin M. Windus Auditor's Deposit Permit No. and Date: 332754 (June 3, 1999) B. Surety Bond Bond Company: American Contractors Indemnity Company Bond Number and Date: 86108 (June 1, 1999) Performance Amount: $146,000.00 Labor& Materials Amount: $73,000.00 Principal: George D. Speer Sr., Teresa Speer and Laurin M. Windus (1989) Trust RESOLUTION NO.: 99/391 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7595, Byron area. DATE: August 3, 1999 PAGE -2- III. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1998/1999 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1999/2000 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of January 1999, is estimated to be $7,000.00, with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: Tax Surety Assessors Deposit Permit dumber and Date: 331695 (May 12, 1999) Amount: $7,000.00 Paid by/Principal: Laurin M. Windus, Trustee NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement is also APPROVED.
