HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01272003 - 99-275 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Adopted this Resolution on May 25, 1999, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Gioia, Uilkema, Gerber, UeSaulnier and Canciamilla NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NO. 991275 ABSTAIN: None (Government Code § 25350) SUBJECT: Intention to Consider the Purchase of Real Property from the City of Antioch For Social Services Expansion and Transitional Housing Delta Fair Blvd., Antioch, California Project No. 4070-6G5495 Antioch Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to consider the purchase from the City of Antioch, for the expansion of the County Social Services facility and the construction of a Transitional Housing facility, a portion of the vacant site on Delta Fair Blvd. adjoining the current Social Services facility, containing more or less than 4.35 acres, as generally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for not more than $5.75 per square foot. This Board will meet on July 13, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consider the consummation of this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
