RESOLUTION NO.: 97/19
SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7279, Danville
area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
I. Map: The Final Map of Subdivision 7279, property located in the Danville
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
II. Subdivision Agreement: A Subdivision Agreement with Dame Construction
Company, Inc., subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from
the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is
security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows:
A. Cash Deposit
Deposit amount: $5,700
Deposit made by: Dame Construction Company, Inc.
Auditors Deposit Permit No. and date: 288308, December 26, 1996
B. Surety Bond
Bond Company: Reliance Insurance Company
Bond Number and Date: B2419454, December 19, 1996
Performance Amount: $564,000
Labor&Materials Amount: $284,850
Principal: Dame Construction Company, Inc.
III. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County
taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the
1996/97 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1997/98 tax lien, which became
a lien on the first day of January 1997, is estimated to be $54,000, with
security quaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows:
A. Tax Surety
Bond Company: Reliance Insurance Company
Bond Number and Date: B2419455, December 23, 1996
Amount: $54,000
Principal: Dame Construction Company, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's
general and specific plans-,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board
does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon
as dedicated to public use.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also
APPROVED.
