The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7151 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Davidon Homes heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been accepted as COMPLETE as of January 23,1996, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATF. DATE: January 23, 1996 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dana Highlands Court and Hidden Pond Road, the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 7151 filed August 18, 1994, in Book 367 of Maps at pages 47-53, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
