THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 23, 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS ROGERS, BISHOP, DESAULNIER, TORLAKSON, SMITH

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7821, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7821 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Davidon
Development Company L.P. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of
the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
accepted as COMPLETE as of January 23, 1996, thereby establishing the six-month terminal
period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

Area.
DATE: January 23, 1996
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sunrise Ridge Drive the hereinafter
described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 7821 filed
October 10, 1994, in Book 376 of Maps at pages 1-4, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty
period is hereby established, and the $2,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 240056

pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
