Development Rights for Subdivision MS-6-90, Pleasant Hill Area. v e Q) The Parcel Map was previously approved by the Board on February 28, 1995, and subsequently recorded on March 1, 1995, in Book 166 of Parcel Maps at page.14, Official c° Records of Contra Costa County, State of California. To satisfy Condition of Approval �4 0 4.A.5. the original developer, Patricia A. Morrison, Granted to the County a Grant Deed ro of Development Rights recorded Series No. 95-032883 Official Records of Contra Costa w > County, State of California. x -H a) b This Subdivision Agreement assures that Condition of Approval 4.A.5. will be ~ U) satisfied, therefore, the Grant Deed of Development Rights can be exonerated. 0 The following document was presented for Board approval this date: U) A Subdivision Agreement with Cono De Lillo, ( substitute) subdivider, whereby said �4 subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; 0 U Q) Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 96/ 9 Y A. Cash deposit (Auditors Deposit Permit No. 270855, dated December 13, 1995) in the amount of$1,000 made by Cono De Lillo. tb Z B. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit (Auditors Deposit Permit No. 270855, dated December 13, 1995) in the amount of $26,900 ($17,600 for faithful performance and $9300 for labor and materials) made by Cono De Lillo. NOW THEREFORE BY IT RESOLVED that Subdivision Agreement is APPROVED. On February 28, 1995, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to accept an instrument, a Grant Deed of Development Rights, from Patricia A. Morrison, the original subdivider. The Grant Deed was offered and accepted in order to satisfy Condition of Approval 4.A.5. (collect and convey). The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the approved Subdivision Agreement serves as substitute security for the satisfaction of Condition of Approval 4.A.5. THE BOARD hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Grant Deed of Development Rights are guarantied with the Subdivision Agreement. NOW THEREFORE BY IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Grant Deed of Development Rights recorded by Series No. 95-032883 Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California is EXONERATED. f, Originator: Public Works (ES) Contact: R.
