HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 11141995 - 95-550 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on November 1995 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, Desaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.95/550 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7907, Byron Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 7907, property located in the Byron area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Centex Homes, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement: Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 268234, dated October 17, 1995) in the amount of $10,392 made by Centex Real Estate Corporation B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated October 12, 1995, and issued by The American Insurance Company (Bond No. 11141552023) with Centex Homes as principal, in the amount of $1,028,808 for faithful performance and $545,000 for labor and materials. II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1995/96 tax lien has been paid in full. All deposit permits on file the Public Works Department. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
