caterer for 9Kajor League events at the Oakfand Coliseum and Candlestick Park, Special requests for 9Kecca
specialties have come from as far away places as New Tork, Tulsa, Florida, Afaskg, .Ifawaii and even to

'W MI W, Guillermo is weff known in the Bay Area for his volunteer workand his numerous and
constant acts of charity. ?fe frequently helps raise funds for the students of T ittsburg 9figh Schoof and other
locafschooh, the Tittsburg Mutoricaf Society, the Buchanan Tark,Swim Team, the Future Leaders of America,
youth athletic programs, the Boy Scouts of America, Loaves and Fishes Soup 2(itchen, the American Cancer
Society,9foE,y Rpsary Church and other locafchurches During the Loma 0ieta earthqua4 in October 1989,
GuiQermo took food to the workers repairing the Oak fund--San Francisco Bay Bridge, GuiQermo provides food
and drin6 to the pofrce and fire departments when they are handling major emergencies, as well as to famifres
who suffer personaflosses.7Fie fist is endless.
WIMUM, Guillermo's humanitarian efforts haw not gone unnoticed and several honors and
awards have been bestowed upon him over the years, including the TPittsburg Latin American Citizen of the
