Adopted this Resolution on October 17, 1995 by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7832, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7832 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes heretofore
approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of September 13, 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 7832 filed April 25, 1995, in Book
379 of Maps at page 19,Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California,is ACCEPTED
and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Hagar Lane is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded
on November 4, 1993, in Volume 369 of Official Records on page 5.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby
established, and the $1,100 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 258999, dated April 5,
1995)made by Morrison Homes be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section
94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
