HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 10171995 - 95-492 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA PROCLAIM the week of November 5 through 11,1995 RESOLUTION NO. 95/492 as "NATIONAL RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY WEEK" in Contra Costa County The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: WHEREAS,Merrithew Memorial Hospital and Health Care Centers are observing and celebrating National Radiologic Technology Week during the second week of November;and WHEREAS,Contra Costa County recognizes and values the contributions of diagnostic radiologic technology professionals to health and well-being of its citizens;and WHEREAS,radiologic technology services are an essential component of a multi-disciplinary continuum of health care services;and WHEREAS,radiologic technology plays a vital role in the delivery of cost-effective health care;and WHEREAS,Contra Costa County is proud and honored to have Merrithew Memorial Hospital and Health Care Centers' quality and progressive radiologic technology services throughout the county. NOW,THEREFORE,LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,proclaim November 5 through 11 National Radiologic Technology Week,and encourage all citizens to renew their commitment to the efforts of the men and women radiologic technology professionals in supporting the health needs and improving quality of life. PASSED by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors on this-LZ day of 1995.
