THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 24, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7704, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board on January 10, 1995, that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 7704 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
North State Development heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the
Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED that Hagar Lane the hereinafter described road,
as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 7704 filed November 4,
1993, in Book 369 of Maps at page 5 and by Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes as
granted by Morrison Homes, George Wimpey, Inc. and approved by the Board of Supervisors on
September 20, 1994, Official Records Series Number 94-246346 of Contra Costa County, State
of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.
