The following document was presented for Board APPROVAL this date:
The 2nd agreement extension which extends the Subdivision Agreement between Robert
G. and Linda T. Rodenburg and the County for construction of certain improvements in
Subdivision MS 151-90, Clayton area, through January 5, 1996_
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement extension
is APPROVED.
