Whereas, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, as governing body of the
County and the various special districts, has been directed by the Superior Court under
the authority of the California Rules of Court, Rule No. 207, that certain benefits
provided other County employees should also be provided to the employees of the
Superior Court,
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors hereby Resolves that the
Video Display Terminal Eye Examination and glasses benefit authorized for
management employees, including those of the Superior Court, by Resolution 94/417,
Section C, and authorized by Resolutions 92/ 106 and amended by Resolution 94/412
for represented employees in classes performing work similar to that performed by the
clerical and technical employees of the Superior Court, is hereby authorized for the
below listed classes:
Superior Court Services Clerk I JWX3
Superior Court Services Clerk 1I JWX4
Superior Court Services Clerk III JWX5
Superior Court Services Clerk IV JWX6
Superior Court Services Clerk IV- Technician 2BT4
Assistant Secretary to the Superior Court Judges J3T2
Legal Research Attorney-Exempt 2EY2
Counselor-Family Court Services 2BS5
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors further Resolves that the
regulations established in Resolution 94/417, and any further procedures which may be
developed for this program by the Director of Personnel, shall apply to the employees
of the Superior Court.
. ADOPTED this resolution by unanimous vote of the Board Members
present ,on November 1 , 1994 .
