THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on October 25, 1994 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 94/527
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 69-89, Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for MS 69-89,
being developed by Kenneth K. Nazari, have been completed and that such improvements have
been constructed without the need for a Subdivision Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named
development have been COMPLETED as of this date October 18, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the$16,000 cash security for labor an materials(Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 251002, dated October 11, 1994 deposited by Kenneth K. Nazari be RETAINED
for the six-month lien guarantee period until April 25, 1995 at which time the Public Works director
is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash security less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period for the
storm drain ONLY is hereby established as October 25, 1994 and the$4,875 cash deposit(Auditor's
deposit Permit No.251002 dated October 11, 1994) made by Kenneth K. Nazari be RETAINED
for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 of the Ordinance Code.
