Ring Upon the Occasion of her Retirement as Brentwood City Clerk ZW4ew44, Vilma R. Ring graduated from Armstrong College in Berkeley in 1947, and began her career in public service as deputy clerk with the City of Berkeley the some year; ?Wenec.4, she gained valuable knowledge and sharpened her skills through her experiences as secretary to the Public Works Director and Planning for the City of Walnut Creek, and as Deputy City Clerk/Secretary to City Manager/Council for the City of lafayette; Mew4a, Vilma began her employment with the City of Brentwood in 1973 and served as Secretary to the City Manager/Council and Public Works Director until 1984; 7W4ewwt4, she continued serving the community of Brentwood as its City Clerk since 1984; W4ew44 Vilma is affiliated with the City Clerks' Association of Northern California, International Institute of Municipal Clerks, the Order of Eastern Star, and Daughters of the Nile; 95 ?7 8556- ,115V, that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County hereby congratulates Vilma R. Ring upon the occasion of her retirement as City Clerk for Brentwood and commends for her many years of dedicated and outstanding service to the community. ;V45S5V by unanimous vote of the Board Members present on this 11th Day of October, 1994.
