THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 25, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/67
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain oads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7366, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7366 havelbeen completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with 5726
Sonoma Drive Associates II, L.P. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the
filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 18, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rua Pera, Fontes Way, Miguel Drive the

Subdivision 7366 filed August 17, 1992, in Book 363 of Maps at page 30, Official Records
of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be
County Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period

dated July 23, 1992)made by 5726 Sonoma Drive Associates II,L-P.be RETAINED for one
year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
