Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Convey Real Property to the City of Orinda Camino Pablo Improvements Project No. 4500-6X3060 Orinda Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to convey to the City of Orinda, County owned real property described in the attached Notice. This property is not required for County use. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, February 1, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Contra Costa Times, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061). This conveyance is part of a larger project being undertaken by the City for the improvement of Camino Pablo. The City of Orinda has had prepared and certified an environmental impact document and has found this activity to conform to the General Plan of the City of Orinda.
