The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7001 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with GBW Properties heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub- division Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of January 4, 1994, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY December 19, 1989 American Motorists Insurance Company Bond No. 3SM75515100 $328,300 Faithful Performance $165,800 Labor & Materials BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established for the frontage improvements and storm drainage improvements only, and the $3300 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 165778, dated December 5, 1989) made by GBW Properties be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy M an action taken and entsied on the minutes of the 3oard of Supervisors on the-date shown.
