From and after the date this Resolution is recorded,the portion vacated no longer constitutes a public service easement. This Board APPROVES the conveyance of said access rights and AUTHORIZES the Board Chair to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Paul R. and Elizabeth A. Baldacci, Trustees of the Baldacci Family Trust dated December 2, 1986.
