HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01081991 - 91-5 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on January 8, 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/5 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7021, Pittsburg Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7021 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Willow Plaza Partners heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub- division Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of December 6, 1990 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY June 27, 1989 American Motorist Insurance Company Bond No. 3SM71914900 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $ 1000 cash security for performance (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 157756, dated June 9, 1989) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Rainbow Homes, Incorporated pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
