THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 8, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/11
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 101-88,
Lafayette Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 101-88 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Diablo View Estates
Investors heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the
filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of November 2 , 1990 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty
period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1000 cash security for performance (Auditor' s Deposit
Permit No. 155868, dated April 28, 1989) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079 , if appropriate, to
R.W. and L.R. Spencer pursuant to' the requirements of. the Ordinance
Code.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
