ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 89/716
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, LUP 2121-88, Danville Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for LUP 2121-88, being developed by Liahona M.
Christensen, have been completed and that such improvements have
been constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED,as of this date September
20, 19897.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken ano entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
